We have a reasonably sufficient infrastructure for executing the production.

We have a total concrete floor area of around factory 1- 10000 Sq. ft .and factory 2- 4000 sq ft. All the fabrication teams have their independent set of tools and tackles required for welding, finishing etc. 

We endeavor endlessly to meet the customer’s norms and expectations regarding the product quality. 

Following are the procedures followed: 

• Raw material, consumables and bought out inspection and identification.

• Welder qualification.(WPS, PQR) 

• Stage-wise testing and inspection like layout inspection, nozzle orientation inspection, sub-assembly inspection

• Dye penetration testing, hydro-testing, radiography, NDT etc.

• Final internal inspection before intimating the completion to the customer.
